Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning in Los Angeles County
The empty-home clean a landlord actually inspects for.

A one-time clean of an empty home, priced for the fact that empty means every surface is reachable and every surface gets checked. Booked for the day after the movers, not the day of.
A move-out clean is judged by one person with a checklist and a financial reason to find something. That is a different job from a maintenance visit: inside the oven, inside the fridge, inside cabinets and drawers, the tracks of the sliding door, the top of the door frames — the places nobody cleans while living somewhere.
Empty is the whole advantage. There is nothing to work around, so the work is thorough in a way an occupied home never allows. It is also why this is priced above a standard visit rather than below one, despite there being no furniture: the scope is larger, not smaller.
Book it for after the movers have finished. A move-out clean done around boxes has to be done twice, and the second time is on someone's schedule that is already tight.

Nothing here is gated behind a phone number. Move the options and the number moves with them.
Draft pricing — these figures are market placeholders and are not live yet.
Flat price for the whole visit — not an hourly rate, and no deep-cleaning upsell. If your home needs more than this covers, I'll tell you before we start rather than after.
Move-out cleaning near you.
A tight, contiguous service area beats a county-wide claim nobody can actually drive. Pick your neighborhood for what it means there.
Nobody can promise that — a landlord's deduction can be about paint, carpet wear, or a nail hole, none of which is cleaning. What I can tell you is what the clean covers, in the list above, so you can compare it against your lease's move-out clause before booking.
I would rather not. Cleaning around boxes means cleaning twice, and it is your money paying for the second pass. Book the day after the truck leaves.
Yes, and it is the same service. It is also the one people skip and then regret at 10pm on their first night.
