Accessibility
This site is built to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and it is checked automatically on every page in both languages, on a phone and on a desktop, before anything ships. That does not make it perfect. Automated checks find a known list of problems, and a real person using a screen reader will find things a checker never will — which is why the last section here matters more than the rest.

What is checked, and how often
- Every page is tested with axe-core on each change, at phone and desktop widths, in English and in Spanish. The standard is zero violations, not few.
- Every page is also loaded with JavaScript switched off, because a page that needs a script before it becomes readable is not readable.
- Colour contrast is measured against the palette rather than judged by eye, and text meets the AA ratio at the size it is actually shown.
- Nothing moves if your system is set to reduce motion. That preference is respected everywhere, including the photographs.
Using it without a mouse
- Everything you can click, you can reach and operate with a keyboard, in an order that follows the page.
- Every form field has a real label attached to it, not a placeholder pretending to be one.
- Decorative icons are hidden from screen readers, so they are not read out as meaningless names in the middle of a sentence.
- Tap targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels on touch screens, and form fields are large enough that Safari on an iPhone does not zoom the page when you tap into one.
No accessibility overlay
There is no accessibility widget, toolbar or overlay on this site, and there will not be one. They are sold as a fix and they are not: a large share of recent web accessibility complaints were filed against sites that had one installed. The work has to be in the page itself.
If something here does not work for you
Call or text (626) 210-7250 and tell me what happened and what you were using. You reach the person who can actually change the page, not a ticket queue.
And if the website is in the way, it is not the only route. The phone number works for booking, for a price, for anything the site does — and it always will.
